Keep this in your car or boat. It has a plastic head but it is adequate for the uses you might have in an emergency.
It is identical to the Labtron dual-head and metal single-head stethoscope except for its head; the binaurals and tubing are identical - but it is available only in black.

| Stainless steel 5.25" Backhaus Towel Clamp. Tips are sharp for grasping
the towel. Like many of our surgicals, these are "floor grade". That is
the equivalent to "generic" in drugs. Made well but not the brand name.
Design has a scissor like handles and a locking clamp that tightens in 3

| Gold handle Troemner is durable stainless steel. The gold will not rub off. A beautiful percussor to use or to give as a gift. This is what is known as the Minnesota Hammer because it was developed with the direct input from the Dept. of Neurology at the University of Minnesota to present to their Neurology Fellows. dimension has been scaled up by a factor of 1.5 - with the exception of
the handle, which is 16 inches long instead of 18. The head is 3 inches
in diameter, the handle is half an inch wide. Keep in mind that if you
make something 1.5 times taller, 1.5 times wider and 1.5 times thicker,
it will be 3.375 times as heavy, so you might be surprised at this large tendon hammer.
Still the same never age bumper, the same soft clear guard that
comes on the point on the end of the handle. It is an excellent knee
hammer, and nothing like it is sold by anyone else, anywhere else.
