Stainless steel 3.5" Backhaus Towel Clamp. Tips are sharp for grasping the towel. Like many of our surgicals, these are "floor grade". This is the equivalent to generic drugs. Made well but not the brand name. Design has a scissor like handles and a locking clamp that tightens in 3 degrees to hold tight. Also available in 5.25" size.
