This Mayo-Hegar Needleholder 6" and has a clamping grip to hold the needle tight. The jaw has cross-hatch serrations for gripping and a groove cut for the needle. Also available in 7" and 8" length. All three sizes are stainless steel and standard grade which means it is for regular use, not an operating room. Imported.
